MEET TODD
Professionally, Todd is a higher education instructor, business owner, and writer.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Shepherd University, an M.B.A. from Shepherd University, a master’s degree in history from American Public University, and a Ph.D in Community College Leadership from Old Dominion University.
“I approach elected office from a service perspective: as your Town Council Member, my job is to fight for you and your families in Leesburg. I hope to earn your confidence and support.”
Family
Todd lives in Leesburg’s Tuscarora Village neighborhood with his husband Anthony and dog Luna, a rescue Greyhound.
Todd has been an advocate for anyone in Leesburg who feels they are not being heard.
He has championed:
-Fiscal Responsibility
-A reduction in the car tax
-The Rainbow Crosswalk
-The Utility Assistance Program
-The Commission on Performing Arts
